Obituary of Ernest Olbekson

Ernest "Sonny" Olbekson of Cloquet, MN, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018, at Cloquet Memorial Hospital. Son of Ernest, Sr. and Helen Olbekson, Ernie was a graduate of Floodwood High School and joined the Air Force in 1957. He married Audrey Dulong of Cloquet in 1961. He is preceded in death by his beloved Audrey and their daughter Kathy. Ernie is survived by his daughter Nancy, of Cloquet, son Dale (Shawna), of Barnum, sister Shirley (Richard) Clark, of Floodwood, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on August 25 at 11 a.m. at St. Louis Church in Floodwood.
