Obituary of James Edward Stone

James Edward Stone, Sr, 79, died Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Aftenro Home with his loving family at his side. He was born April 24,1938 in Toledo,OH to Robert and Eleanor (Bosiaski) Stone. Jim served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. He is survived by his daughter Jodi (Meghan Fluharty) of Port Hadlock, WA and sons Cary (Mary) of Farmington, MN and Jim (Bonnie) of Duluth, MN; grandchildren Jacob, Tyler, Patrick and Lindsay; sister Nancy (Melvin) VanCamp of Yorktown, VA and her family; and his companion pug Peanut. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dianne and brother Bobby. The family wants to thank the wonderful and caring staff at Aftenro Home, St. Lukes Oncology and Hospice. At his request no services will be held
