Obituary of Bonnie Blue Smith

Bonnie had a genuine servant’s heart and she served tirelessly. She taught us all, not only by words, but by example. Matthew 5:16 was her desire: “Let your light so shine among men that they may see your good works and glorify God your father in heaven.” She is preceeded in death by her parents, E. Percy Huntington and Mamie Cordelia Bennett, her sister Della Richards and her brother Edwin Huntington. Bonnie is survived by her daughter Kirsten (Michael) and grandchildren Ashley, Heather, Nicholas, Sara and Alan. Her life with us and her going home to heaven will be celebrated on Sat., October 28th. Family will be at the church to be received by 9am with pictures and memories, a 10:30am funeral service and light luncheon to follow.
