Obituary of Robert Theodore Lundberg

Since he trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior, he entered heaven on Wednesday, October 19, 2017. Bob was a graduate of Central High School in 1947 where he was a track star. He served his country honorably in the US Navy during the Korean War. Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf and gospel music. He was a past member of Lakeview Covenant and Faith Baptist, was a current member of Emmanuel Baptist and was attending Hope Evangelical Church in Cotton. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Frances Lundberg Sr.; son, Tom, grandson Christian; 2 nephews; former wives, Janet, Judy and Rose. Bob is survived by his wife Barbara and her children, Kristi (Bill) Lancaster, Sheri (Dan) Nilsen, Joe (Sandy) Anderson, Jill (Andy) Strom; Bob's children, Karen Anderson, Ron (Mary) Lundberg and Suzanne Lundberg; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Kathy Gunderson; 1 niece; two nephews; little man Zookie and many extended family members and friends. The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Mark Plachta and Dr. Sandy Popham. Visitation will be held from 10 A.M. until the 11 A.M. memorial service on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Emmanuel Baptist Church 1505 Eklund Ave, Duluth, MN.
