Obituary of Frank A. Simone

Frank A. Simone, 55, of Duluth, passed away on November 1, 2017 at his home. Frank was born in Duluth on August 21, 1962 to Vincent and Jane (Johnson) Simone. Frank graduated from Denfeld High School in 1980. He worked for a couple of restaurants early on, but spent the majority of his career as a delivery driver for Village Hearth. Frank loved to cook and often drew inspiration from his restaurant days. He also enjoyed spending time hunting near Barnum. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his children. They were his pride and joy. He is preceded in death by his twin brother Jim. Frank is survived by his children, Vincent and Angelina; his parents; siblings, Tina (John) Conito, Toni (John Reimer) Samskar; nieces and nephews, Cassie, Jesse, Natalie, Ryan, Nikki and Katie as well as many extended family members and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. memorial service on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Cremation Society of Minnesota 4100 Grand Ave. Duluth, MN.
