Obituary of David Poehls

David Gene Poehls, age 81, of Carlton, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 3, 2017 at his home. He was born in Moorhead, MN on June 26, 1936, graduated from Cloquet High School and was a lifelong resident of Carlton. He is survived by his long time companion, Ann Way, his son, Duane Poehls (Celia) and his daughter, Cindy Poehls (Drew Johnson). He was especially proud of his four grandsons, Raynor and Jeran Poehls and Graham and Elliott Johnson. David was preceded in death by his father, Arnold Poehls, his mother, Edna Poehls (Pohl) and his two brothers, Arthur and Gordon. A Celebration of Life is planned for January, 2018. Details to follow.
