Obituary of Donald E. Beaudry

Donald E. Beaudry Age 83 of Plymouth, MN, died Nov. 5, 2017, due to complications from vascular dementia. Don is survived by his wife Gloria. They were married 64 years. He is survived also by his daughters Suzanne Graff (Pete), Sandra Swanson (Steve) and Shelley Laracuente (Jose); 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother Jim; nephews and nieces and other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents William and Delvina (DeMars) Beaudry; three brothers and three sisters. A lifetime member of the Minneapolis Ski Club, the “Flying Frenchman” was a competitive ski jumper for 20 plus years. An all-around great guy with a warm sense of humor, Don loved and was deeply loved by his family. Celebration of Life Services will be Friday, Nov. 17 at the Edina Chapel of the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave. S. (952) 924-4100. Visitation: 2 p.m. Service: 2:30 p.m. Luncheon to follow in the Reception Room. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Saint Therese of New Hope and/or the Minneapolis Ski Club.
