Obituary of Jean Catherine Willson

Jean Catherine Willson passed away at the age of 76 after a long battle with dementia.  Preceded in death by parents John and Dorothy Howard, and brother John. Survived by husband of 54 years Ron, sons Chad (wife Sandy) and Greg (wife Shawna), and grandchildren Anthony, Jordan, Kalyn, Conner, great grandson Kaiden as well as brother David (Pam) and sisters Diane (Bill) Flowers, Kathy, and many nieces and nephews.  Jean was a 24-year breast cancer survivor.

Jean’s hobbies included gardening, stained glass art, card club, traveling and visiting with friends.

Jean worked as an elementary teacher followed by IDS/American Express and her brother David’s Savage Tower Animal Hospital for 10 years.

Jean was a quiet person with a smile that captivated the whole room.  She was a loving wife, devoted mother and had many friends, which she made easily.  She will be missed.

Services will be held at Trinity Evangelical Free Church of Lakeville, 10658 – 210th Street West, Lakeville, MN 55044 on Wednesday November 16th. Visitation starting at 10:00am and service at 11:00am.  Lunch will be provided after the service.
