Waters, Clifford Allen “Cliff”

Age 85 of Burnsville passed from complications of Alzheimer’s and cancer on August 18, 2018. Cliff was born in Buffalo, MN on April 5, 1933 to parents, Thomas and Cecil Hayes. Graduate of Mound H.S. (1951) and the University of MN (1957). He was a microbiologist at St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Paul. Preceded in death by his first wife, Marilyn. Survived by wife, Sandra Heinsch; children, Wendy (Rick) Haley, Scott (Julie), Mark (Marla) and Kris (John) Waters; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Leon (Ruth); sister, Esther (Rollie); other relatives and friends. Memorial Service Friday, August 24th, 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior at Berean Baptist Church, 309 County Road 42, Burnsville MN 55306. In lieu flowers, memorials preferred to Alzheimer’s Association or Brighton Hospice of MN. Private interment at a later date.
