William Arthur Wood, age 86, of Mpls., passed away December 1, 2017. Born March 10th 1931 in Woden Iowa U.S. Army Vet. Preceded in death by parents William J. & Ethel Wood; 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and infant daughter, Valerie Jo. Survived by wife of 63 years Faith Wood (née Parkos); daughters, Jackie and Diane; sons Jeffrey (Renee) and Patrick; grandchildren, Courtney, Taylor and Nicole. Memorial service on Friday, Dec. 8, 2017, at 11 A.M. at Minnehaha United Methodist Church, 3701 E. 50th St., Mpls, MN. In lieu of flowers memorials to Minnehaha United Methodist Church. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
