David Jones, age 85, of South St. Paul died peacefully on August 30, 2022. Preceded in death by parents, Edwin and Lois, sister, Phyllis, and wife, Laurie. Survived by daughters, Beth (Mark) Cramer and Amy (Mark) Hoey, and grandkids, Leo, George, and Althea. David served in the Air Force and met his wife while working at 3M. He owned a restaurant (Sandy's) on the University of Minnesota campus, and was a realtor for more than 30 years. The family will have a private gathering at Acacia Park Cemetery. Memorials: Mayo Clinic or United Hospital.
