Obituary of Joyce Marilyn Wheeler Garrett

Garrett, Joyce Marilyn Wheeler, age 97, died August 31, 2022, in Bloomington, MN.  Preceded in death by her parents, Harold Glenn Wheeler and Hulda Bernice Jacobson Wheeler, and her husband of 60 years, Russell Ross Garrett.  Survived by daughters, Tracy Gyarmathy (Kenneth) of College Station, TX and Casey Baggott (Robert) of Victoria, MN; grandsons, Whitney, Griffin, and Blake Alexander; and great grandchildren Reagan, Clara, Simon, and Henry Alexander.  She will be laid to rest with her husband at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be made in Joyce’s name to the American Heart Association.
