Obituary of Kyoko Phyllis Takekawa

Takekawa, K. Phyllis Age 94 of Bloomington, passed away peacefully August 20, 2018. Preceded in death by parents, brothers, sisters and nephew. Survived by loving husband of 70 years, John, son, Scott (Sue), daughters Joyce (Gerry), Carol (Dick) and Sue (Curt), seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, sister Tatsuko, sister-in-law Fumi and many other relatives and friends. Memorial service will be held on September 30th at 1pm at Minnesota Valley Country Club 6300 Auto Club Road, Bloomington with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Private Interment at Fort Snelling Nat’l Cemetery. Many thanks and appreciation to the dedicated staff at Friendship Village and the Park Nicollet Hospice team.
