Obituary of Lonny Steven Milosevich

Lonny Steven “Milo” Milosevich, age 72 of Duluth passed away July 29, 2022, surrounded by his daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters.

Milo was born in Duluth, MN on January 5, 1950. He graduated from Denfeld High School class of 1968 where he was involved with high school sports. His love for sports continued throughout his life.

He served his term in the Air National Guard as a MP, stationed in Duluth. He was employed by DWP/CN Railroad and retired in 2010 after 30 plus years as a carman.

Milo proudly supported the MN Vikings and MN Twins. Milo was very passionate about golf and collector cars and was very fortunate to have a close group of friends that shared his passions. Milo’s biggest love was for his grandchildren, Madison and Lexi.

Milo now joins his parents, brothers Keith and Gary, as well as his 9/11 victim nephew Chad.

He is survived by his daughter Lisa (Jason) Seguin; granddaughters Madison and Lexi Seguin; brother Jeff (Cindy) of Denver; nephews Shane (Susan) of Denver; Shaun (Terri) and Corey of MN; niece Mindy (Edward) of Denver; aunt Gen Zivkovich of Florida and many cousins and friends.

We would like to thank Milo’s close friends for providing support and encouragement during these last few difficult years. Milo managed his illness with strength and grace always asking, “What can I do for you?”

There will be a celebration of Milo’s life Sunday, August 21, 2022, at Mr. D’s, 5622 Grand Ave, Duluth, MN, from 12:30 – 3:00pm. Please join us to reflect on your favorite memories. You can do this by writing a letter for family to read on their own or you may share your story at the celebration.
