Obituary of Patricia Stewart

Patricia Ann Stewart of Hermantown, 77, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2022, at Viewcrest Health Center after a long fought battle with stroke induced dementia.

She was born in Fall River, Massachusetts on March 26, 1945, to Henry and Lydia Leveille. She graduated from Proctor High School in 1963. Pat grew up in Proctor, and lived in Hermantown. Pat was a lifelong hair stylist, working at numerous locations during her career. She cherished spending time with her family and friends. Pat adventured out on daily walks, often traversing five miles or more. She enjoyed gardening in her backyard garden sanctuary that she designed. Pat loved spending time at her home in Green Valley, Arizona during the cold winter months.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Patricia is survived by her husband William Stewart; her children, Tony (Cindy) Vittorio , Todd (Tim Pajunen) Vittorio , Brian Vittorio; grandchildren, Alex (Kenzie) Vittorio, Sicily Vittorio, Nick (Kelly) Vittorio, Brianna (Josh) Nylund, Olivia Vittorio; three great-grandchildren, Hudsyn, Lainey and Isla; brother, Theodore (Jackie) Leveille; niece, Heidi (Jay) Puhl; nephew, T.C.(Amanda) Leveille; special friend and cousin, Jackie Johnson; special friend, Marie Garofalo and cousins.

Her children would like to thank the staff at Viewcrest for the heartfelt continuous care that she received during her stay.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00-3:00 p.m. on August 7th, 2022 at the Essentia Wellness Center in Hermantown, 4289 Ugstad Road.
