Obituary of Violet Alice Knutson

Knutson, Violet Alice Age 87 of Bloomington passed away on Aug. 21, 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Vernon who passed away on Oct. 21, 1979. Survived by children, Ann and Jon; grandchildren, Loren (Lili), Kyle, Luke, Drew and Chad; great grandson, Ronny. Violet was born in Brooklyn, New York. She enjoyed talking about Long Island, New York where she grew up. Loved her family and cared about everyone she met. Vi enjoyed the outdoors, taking walks with her dogs in the woods, enjoyed feeding and watching the birds, reading and volunteering at the MN Zoo. Will be remembered for her love of chocolate and always having a smile on her face. Memorial Service Thurs, Sept. 6th at 2PM at Cremation of Society of MN, 7110 France Ave S, Edina. Gathering one hour prior to service.
