Obituary of Yvonne Marie Lunser

Yvonne M. (Schultz) Lunser of St. Augusta, MN, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on July 16, 2022, at the young age of 83. Yvonne was born January 10, 1939, in Osakis, MN, to William and Elfreda Schultz. She attended school at the oneroom schoolhouse near their family farm. After graduating she met and married William Lunser in 1959 and were blessed with three children. Yvonne is survived by her husband William and three children, Clayton, Mike, and Matt (Shannon); 5 grandchildren, Max, Lucy, Gabriel, Samuel, and Chloe; and sister Gail Pitschka. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Elfreda Schultz, and brother, Gary Schultz. Yvonne’s favorite songs: “I’ve got a Home in Glory Land” and “I’ll Fly Away”. Yvonne’s final prayer: I heard the voice of Jesus say, “Behold, I freely give the living water, thirsty one; stoop down and drink and live.” I came to Jesus, and I drank of the life-giving stream; my thirst was quenched, my soul revived, and now I live in Him. Private services will be held.
