BARTEL, Rita Carol, age 57, of Brooklyn Center, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on December 13, 2017. She is preceded in death by her father, Russel Bartel; husband, Charles Rannow. She will be deeply missed by her son, Charlie Bartel (Laurie); granddaughter, Zoey Bartel; mother, Bobbie Ostrowski (Joe); siblings, Rhonda Armstrong, Gina Shaddrick; many relatives and very good friends.
