Dear Bob, Jacob and Emma,
Carla will never be forgotten. She was my great example at Banner Engineering, so driven and business oriented like I have rarely seen before. She took great care in counselling me whenever I needed it, and I will also be thankful for the opportunities she has given me.
But she was also a great mum, putting her family first at all times and making sure her employees did the same.
The attached picture was taking back in 2007 with my (then) 16-year old son at my home. This is how I want to remember her, a fantastic boss, a great friend with a wonderful sense of humour.
I wish you all a lot of strength to get through these difficult times.
