Obituary of Betty Beseke

Betty Beseke, age 93, passed away from stroke complications on June 8, 2022 in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She was born in Minneapolis on August 24, 1928 and was married to Burt Beseke for more than 51 years until his death in 2002. She worked at IDS/Ameriprise for  67 years retiring when she was 85 years old. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred, mother, Myrtle, and brother, Al. Betty is survived by her son, Steve, daughter in law, Carolyn, and granddaughter, Holly. Betty will be cremated and buried in a private ceremony next to her husband, Burt, at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in the Minneapolis area. Family and friends will have a “celebration of her life” event at a local Twin Cities eatery to be determined. Her son, Steve, will contact family and friends with details. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Minnesota Humane Society.
