Visitation 10 am, Service 11 am Sunday, May 15 at Cremation Society of MN, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park 763-400-4484. Officiating is Reverend Alan Naumann.

Interment on Monday May 16th, 10am at Crystal Lake Cemetery, 3816 Penn Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN.

Survived by: Daughter Kathy (Tim) Carlson, Granddaughter: Lori Bellamy, Grandson: Mark Carlson, Great Grandson: Jacob Olson, Brother: Gary (Gail) Lewis, and Sisters: Vicky (Rocky) George & Pam (Kevin) Ornes.
