Obituary of Alexis Ann Whitney

Alexis Ann Whitney (Hopman)

Age 22, of Bloomington, unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, April 28, 2022. She will be deeply missed by her proud and loving family: Mother, Sandie (Mark) Jensen; father, Joe Whitney; sister, Ashley Hopman (Matt Petersen); brothers, Brandon and Nicolas Jensen; her beloved dog Brutis; special cousins, Martina and Broghan Sloan; grandparents, Tom Hopman, DonElla Whitney, and Judy Jensen; niece, Emma Petersen; many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & Friends. Preceded in death by grandparents, Joyce Hopman, Jim Jensen, and Roger Whitney. Lexi was a 2017 graduate of Richfield High School. She had a passion for family, road trips, and animals. She volunteered her time at numerous animal shelters and spent time training her dog.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 15th at 2PM at Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7110 France Ave in Edina with a visitation beginning at 1PM
