Jeanne Marie Isaacson

Age 89 of Golden Valley

Jeanne was born January 21, 1933 to Walter and Violet Helmen in Milaca, MN. She graduated from Milaca High School in 1951 and married Richard Isaacson in 1952. They had four children and Jeanne was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She was a fun mom with an open-door policy, making their house a hub of neighborhood activity.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, and grandson, Sam.

She is survived by children Steve (Amy), Tom, Diane (John) Thorvilson, David (Lynn); grandchildren Liz, Anna, Mark, Andie, Jenny, Emily, Ellie, Neil; 13 great grandchildren; sister Carol (Jerry) Carlson; brother-in-law, Dean (Martha) Isaacson; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Friday, May 13th at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church, 8211 Red Oak Drive, Mounds View, MN. Visitation will be held one hour before the service. Please dress casually.
