Obituary of Sally Marie Olson

Sally Marie Olson passed away April 2, 2022 at an assisted living facility in Duluth. She was born on April 8, 1933 in Duluth. She graduated from Denfeld High School in 1950. Sally enjoyed gardening and yard work at her home. She also enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles. She loved her dogs and they raised golden retrievers for a few years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Olson (2009); her daughter, Susan Marie Olson (1993); her parents, Martin (1978) and Sally (1993) Anderson; her brother Martin S. Anderson (2016); and her brother-in-law LeRoy Kohne (2010). She is survived by her two sisters, Dorothy Kohne, Demotte, IN: Kathleen Hoffman (Verlin), Juneau, AK; her brother David Anderson, Duluth, MN; and many nieces and nephews. Arrangements were made by Bell Brothers Funeral Home. A funeral will not be held to honor Sally’s wishes.
