Preceded in death by parents Olaf and Lydia Blake; brothers Ordell & Donald Blake; and sisters Shirley Hastings & Doris Gosselin.

Survived by loving husband Jerry Clark; sons Jeffrey (Julia), James Clark; daughters Joni (Dean) Erie & Janelle (Joseph) Juaire; four grandchildren Jessica Thomas, Kevin Clark, Andrew & Olivia Juaire; & 3 great-grandchildren Jackson, Tori & Kendall Thomas; & many nieces, nephews & cousins.

Celebration of Life Service Saturday, April 23, 11:30a.m. at East Immanuel Church, 1173 Payne Ave, St. Paul, MN with visitation 1 1/2 hours prior to service. Lunch to follow.
