Obituary of Matthew Eric Avramis

Avramis, Matthew Eric born April 23, 1986, died on March 29, 2022. Matt was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Robert F. & Alice Shaffer Jr. and paternal grandparents George & Dorothy Avramis. Survived by father Dr. Richard Avramis, CT, and uncle Gregory Avramis, PA, mother & stepfather, Regina & Jonathan Shelton, NC, uncle Robert F. (Sherri) Shaffer III, OH, and siblings, Jason (Heather) Avramis, ND, Alex (Whisper) Shelton, MN, Kathryn and Grace Shelton, NC. Also survived by son, Jackson Avramis, who was the light of his life, and nieces Zoey and Elliott. He will be missed by a host of extended family, colleagues and beloved friends. Matt's family and friends will host a celebration of life on April 9, 2022, from 2:00pm to 5:00 p.m. at the NorthStar Tavern located at 5101 W 98th St, Bloomington, MN 55437. All are welcome.
