Age 93, died March 14, 2022 at his home in Palm Desert, CA. Born May 15, 1928 in Watertown, SD. Long-time resident of Inver Grove Heights and family practice physician in West St. Paul and surrounding communities. Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Sylvia (Nelson) Guenther, and wife Dorothy L. Guenther in 2010. Survived by brother Richard (Jackie) Guenther of Fort Collins, CO; wife Angie Guenther of Palm Desert, CA; children Jeff (Wendy) Guenther of Eagan, MN, Andrea Anderson of Leawood, KS, and Lezlie (John) Schriver of Cottage Grove, MN; eight grandchildren: Kristi (Guenther) Ebong, David Guenther, Kelsey Guenther, Jon Anderson, Mark Anderson, Danielle (Birkeland) Benson, Aaron Birkeland, and Adrienne Birkeland; and 11 great-grandchildren; stepchildren Karen Dillion and daughters Paige and Mia, and Valerie McCollum (Kevin) and sons Tyler and Conner.
