Obituary of Dennis Eugene Haglund

Haglund, Dennis Eugene, age 88, a resident of Blaine, MN and Silver Bay, MN, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 7, 2022. 

Dennis was born to Pete and Hilda Haglund and grew up in the small iron range town of Old Babbitt, MN.   Dennis served in the US Army and worked at Control Data as a computer technician before retiring.  He lived a life full of adventure on the North Shore of Lake Superior and you could always count on him to take you to a hidden gem along the shore or within the many trails and parks. Dennis was a kind and caring man that was loved and will always be cherished.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, sister Joyce Huss, brother Richard Haglund.  He is survived by his sister Irene Maki of Two Harbors, MN, sister-in-law Diana Haglund of Duluth, MN, and many nieces and nephews.

Open memorial service 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 601 4^th Ave., Two Harbors, MN 55616.
