Verlyce K. Berg,

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Wife, Friend, and many other titles.

Verlyce Katherine Berg (Strand) of Brooklyn Center, passed away Sunday, February 6 th, 2022 at the age of 87. Verlyce was born April 20th, 1934 in Shelly, Minnesota to Olaf and Elizabeth Strand.

Verlyce is survived by her sons Robert & Bert Berg. Her Grandchildren Shannon (Dean) Murray, David (Lora) Berg, Steve Schultz, Julie (Andre) Charboneau and Nick Grady. Her Great Grandchildren Brooklyn Richie, Dreyson Berg and Nathaniel Richie. She is also survived by her fur babies Emma and Lily.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Bert Berg. Her Daughters Diane (Debbie) Schultz and Michele (Mickey) Daher. Her Granddaughter Kristen Schultz, her parents Olaf and Elizabeth and her 2 sisters Deanna and Bonnie.

Verlyce had a love for her flower gardens, crossword puzzles, QVC shopping, Coca-Cola and sitting in the sun on her patio just to name a few. But most of all she loved her family with all her heart. She was a good woman, and we will all miss her sweet smile, warm hugs and her endless love for all of us.

We will love you and miss you forever!! Rest easy in a field full of flowers and have a coke!!
