Obituary of John Ervin Earls

John Ervin Earls Jr., age 67, of Cloquet and Duluth, MN died February 5, 2022 at home.

He was born May 17, 1954 in Duluth, MN to John Ervin Earls, Sr., and Elaine. He attended West Jr. & Salter Trade School.  He was married to Lowanna Myers from Duluth, MN.  He worked construction with Billman’s Home Center, retiring in 2009.  His hobbies included hunting & painting and decorating old saw blades. 

He was preceded in death by Lowanna; his parents; and sister, JoAnn Novak. 

He is survived by Gloria Enger, Albert Earls, Scott Earls, Randy Ruhanen; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and his girlfriend, Kelly Carlson.  He is also survived by his two dogs that were his kids, Kato & Kita.

Gathering of Family & Friends will be held on Wednesday, February 16th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave., Duluth.
