Obituary of Carol Dorothy Fritsch

Fritsch, Carol Dorothy (née Koch) age 88, passed away peacefully on January 23rd, 2022 in Bloomington, MN. She was born in Pipestone, MN in 1933. She earned her nursing degree from the Lutheran Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing and went on to work as an RN for several hospitals in the Twin Cities area. She later retired with her husband to their much-loved cabin on Tait Lake near Lutsen. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl; her parents, and sisters, Norma and Marlys. Survived by sister, Roseann; children, Nancy, Carl, Michael and Timothy; grandchildren, Ben, Allison, Josephine and Jacqueline. Memorial services will be held Saturday May 7th, 1PM at Lutsen Evangelical Lutheran Church, 5307 Hwy 61, Lutsen, MN 55612. Interment to follow the service.
