Obituary of Eric Ross Johnson

Eric Ross Johnson, 49, of Duluth was born on December 19th, 1971. He unexpectedly passed away Tuesday, December 7th, 2021. Eric graduated from Denfeld HS. He then went on to pursue his electrical license where he took pride being a part of the Union- formerly working with Benson Electric- taking on a pipeline project the last 6 months.

Eric loved the outdoors which included camping, fishing, hunting, and watching the races. His two daughters were the love of his life. Eric is preceded in death by his parents Patricia Rognerud and Charles Johnson. Eric is survived by his two beautiful daughters, Hanna and Kali; brothers, Jeff Johnson, Thomas Frank; sisters, Kim Anderson, Wendy Johnson; many cousins, nephews and nieces; along with his lifelong best friend Aaron Bucci and so many other close friends.

Celebration of Life will be held on January 9th, 2022 at Mr. D’s banquet room from 1-4pm. Please feel free to bring a dish to share.
