Pat was a wonderful neighbor! I enjoyed our conversations over the years, and she was always so kind to put a little money in my mailbox if I shoveled her walk or helped out in anyway. The money certainly wasn't expected or needed, but it was so sweet of her to say "thanks" in her own special way! I spoke with Pat just a few weeks ago as I was moving out of my house and preparing for a move to Ireland. She gave meet a lovely card with a very thoughtful message and gift. It was a lovely gesture and I'll never forget her note and kind words she had for me. I'm sadden by her passing and will certainly miss Pat. My deepest sympathy to all of the Niznick family.
