Obituary of Dina Anne Olson

OLSON, Dina Anne, age 59, formerly of Mpls/St Paul passed away Thursday, October 21, 2021. She was a graduate of Monticello High School in 1980 and received her Bachelors Degree from Normandale Community College, Bloomington in 1990. Dina was a member of the Monticello Magic Marching team and a Wright County Explorer officer. She donated time to the Salvation Army helping the less fortunate. Dina's talents were many, she was a magnificent cook, had a passion for animals, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, community volunteer, and sibling of 6 who loved to entertain. She enjoyed gardening and caretaking animals. Preceded in death by her parents Robert Payan and Joyce Hayes, and 3 sisters, Diana and Doreen Di Santi, and Joy Lynn Nodine, and 2 brothers, Tommy and Johnny Di Santi. She is survived by son, Christopher Taylor(fiance Katina Smith); son, Alexander Olson; daughter, Angelique Olson; 4 grandchildren, Carly Taylor , Esteban Rubio, Natalia Smith, and Amya Smith and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Celebration of Life will be held at 4:20 PM Saturday, November 13th, 2021 at a undisclosed location. The family will receive friends and family by invitation only. The family would like to express our thanks to any person that may have had the opportunity of friendship with Dina.
