Obituary of Jody Ann Labuda

Jody Ann Labuda 62, of White Bear Lake passed away peacefully at home on Sunday October 17, 2021. Preceded in death by father Jim Labuda. Survived by loving partner of 43 years Lee Scott, mother Mary Labuda (nee Lee), sister Jamie (Jeff) Braun, niece Becky (Nick) Continenza and The Scott Family. Jody was a beautician and had a gift for making the world a more beautiful place. She loved the music of Sammy Hagar and became good friends with him and his band, especially Mona. Some of her fondest memories were hanging with Sammy at his club the Cabo Wabo in Mexico. Jody was crafty and designed headbands for the Renaissance Festival for many years. She loved her Shih Tzu pups Mitzy, Sally Ann and Allie. Jody will be greatly missed. Mass of the Christian Burial 11:00 AM Wednesday November 3, 2021 at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 4741 Bald Eagle Ave., White Bear Lake. Visitation at the church 1 hour prior at 10:00-11:00AM. Luncheon will follow mass.
