Dad was a true Renaissance man who enjoyed the Arts, Science and Education. He encouraged my sister and I to keep questioning anything and anyone in life that didn't make sense to us. He taught us not to be afraid of what we didn't know because God is in the details and if your Faith is strong enough, you do not have to worry about what others say or think. Ignorance is one of the strongest foes we need to fight. Stay open to possibilities, keep your sense of humor and a direct quote from him, "You do not have to Love everyone else, but we should respect them even when we disagree with them." He believed in the Golden Rule of treating others as you would have them treat you, and in forgiving your enemies, just as the Lord instructed us to do.
