Obituary of Karen Ann Dincau

Karen Ann Dincau, 78, passed away peacefully in Duluth on August 1, 2021 surrounded by family.

She is survived by her husband Bob, their 4 children Suzanne (Joe) Tromburg, Paulette (Dan) Gregg, Kevin and Aaron, 8 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Karen was born in Duluth, MN on October 10, 1942 to Andrew and Margaret Seymour. She and Bob graduated in 1960 from Morgan Park High in Duluth. They married on July 22,1961 and began their 60 years of marriage together. They raised their 4 children in Chisago City, MN where they also started A*Pro Pool & Spa in 1983. In addition to running the business, Karen served on City Counsel, sang at church and weddings, played piano, loved to garden, but mostly loved the Lord and her family beyond measure. She also gave her time unconditionally to whomever needed it. Many people spent time at her kitchen table. In 2016 they sold the business and moved to their beloved Lake Superior home they built in Port Wing, WI in 2008, eventually moving back to Duluth where it all began.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Salem Covenant Church on Monday, August 16th, visitation at 10:00, service at 11:00. Address is 339 N 59th Ave W, Duluth, MN 55807. Memorials may be sent to the Alzheimer's Association in Karen Dincau's name at: www.alz.org/tribute
