Obituary of Faye L. Reber

Reber, Faye L.

Age 87, passed away on June 13, 2021. Preceded in death by parents Lyle and Olga Reber and one brother William Reber. Faye graduated from Cambridge high school and earned her teaching degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. Faye taught school in Austin, MN from 1956 - 1962. She moved to Richfield, MN and taught at Sheridan Hills from 1962 until her retirement in 1993. Faye loved to travel, visiting 60 countries and taking great photos of each trip. She enjoyed golfing into her mid-80s, bowling, and watching her favorite Minnesota sports teams. Faye had a zest for life, an infectious laugh, and a great smile. In our world today we need more Faye Rebers!  She is survived by sister-in-law Betty Reber, niece Mary (Greg) Desjardin, nephew William (Darcy) Reber, great nieces and nephews Alexandra and Anna Desjardin, Joshua (Katie) Reber, Matthew Reber, Samantha Reber, great, great niece Elizabeth Reber, and many loving cousins, relatives and good friends.   Funeral service Thursday, July 15, 10:30 AM at Cremation Society of Minnesota, Edina Chapel 7110 France Ave. S.
