Obituary of Judith Kay Nelson

Nelson, Judith on her 80th birthday. Long time teacher in the Osseo District 279, mostly at Zanewood Elementary School. Osseo District’s 1971 Teacher of the Year and Minnesota’s Teacher of Excellence. Charter member and thirty-six year participant in the District’s Wastebasket Revue. Loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survived by husband, Ted; daughter and son-in-law, Christine and Thomas Karki; and grandson, Deven T Karki. Also many loving friends and extended family. Memorial Service at Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, 49th and Nathan Lane, Plymouth, 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 19, with visitation beginning at 11:00 am. If so desired, memorials may be given to the Wastebasket Revue Scholarship Fund in Judy’s name.
