Age 85, of Oakdale, MN Formerly of St. Paul Passed away at his lake home on May 28, 2021. Preceded in death by his wife Dianne; his sons Timothy and Robert; parents William and Grace Rasmussen; brother Donald Rasmussen; sister Joyce Bagne; brother-in-law Donald Dahlstrom; sisters-in-law Dvionne Claybaugh and Cathy Dahlstrom. Survived by daughter Pamela Frank (Darren Garloff); bonus daughter, Cindy Creel; former son-in-law Tom Frank; grandchildren Timothy Frank, Julia Frank, Brittany Fahl (Brian), Brady Garloff (Jennifer); great-grandchildren Aila Garloff and Wyatt Fahl; sister Darlene Bilotta; brothers-in-law Dale Dahlstrom and Duane Dahlstrom (Vicki); and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Memorial Service on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at the Oakdale City Hall/Veterans Memorial, 1584 Hadley Ave. N., Oakdale, MN 55128. Visitation at 10:00 am, service at 11:00 am.
