Obituary of Matthew Dame

Matthew Dame passed away in his home on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. He was born in Minneapolis on July 21, 1992 to Mary Dwinell and Bryan Dame.

He was preceded in death by his father, his brother, Aaron Dame and his grandfather, David Dwinell. He is survived by his mother, Mary Dwinell (Chad Kriske), grandmother, Barbara Dwinell, aunts, uncles, and cousins. 

Matthew’s family wishes to express their undying gratitude to the management of DRCC, and especially, the staffs of Basswood House, Crystal House, and Trillium for assisting Matthew in living a happy and meaningful life. There will be a gathering on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at the Cremation Society of Mn, 4100 Grand Ave, Duluth.  We welcome all who were touched by Matthew to join us in celebrating his much too short life.
