Obituary of Donna Mae Johnson

Donna Mae Johnson, 85 of Duluth, MN passed away Saturday May 15, 2021, peacefully at River Hill Assisted Living.

Donna was born in Walker, MN on November 1,1935 to Ann and Ben Harris.

Donna is preceded in death; by her father and mother, Ben and Ann; her son, Alfred Jr; brothers, Stanley “Bud”; Robert, James, and Richard; sisters, Dorothy “Sis” and Joanne; and grandson, Ben.

Donna is survived by brother, Gale; daughters, Bonnie Zulkosky and Kathryn Jonns (Corey); grandsons, Matthew, Travis (Crystal), Justin (Rochelle) and Sean (Kristina); great grandchildren: Zoie, Bella, Rudi, Hunter, Haley, Gauge, Gannon, Clover, Darby and Aubree.

Donna was an avid reader and worked all types of crossword puzzles. She enjoyed watching Vikings football and Golf. Donna enjoyed celebrating and decorating all the holidays year-round. Halloween was a very enjoyable event for Donna. From decorating, costumes, and trick or treating for the children.

A Gathering will be held from 2 – 4 p.m. on Saturday, June 12th at the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 4100 Grand Ave, Duluth.
