Obituary of Pearl (St. Mary) Kaspari
Pearl (St. Mary) Kaspari, age 94, passed away December 14, 2020 at Keystone Bluffs. She was born in Duluth and graduated from Hermantown where she became the first cheer-leader the school ever had.
Pearl was the billeting officer at the Duluth Air Force Base and transferred to March Air Force Base in Riverside, CA in 1975, living in Palm Desert, CA for 31 years.
While there, she and her husband, Cameron, started a cleaning company, employing over 100 locals as well as were the founders of a church still going with 3 services on Sundays called “Valley Christian Assembly”!
She and Cameron also were the founders of a floor covering store landing many country club accounts such as Mission Hills, Indian Wells, La Quinta Country Club and many others.
Pearl married Cameron in 1945 and was happily married for 74 years until Cameron’s passing in 2018. She is also preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Ann (Fierek) St. Mary and brother, Donald St. Mary.
Her survivors are her children, Susan Kaspari of Palm Desert, CA, Claudia (Wes) Pinkerman and Tim (Linda) Kaspari of Wrenshall, MN; and Dan (Alison) Kaspari of Makinen, MN; also survived by grand-, great- grand- and great-great-grandchildren totaling over 50 and all loved equally by Pearl and Cameron.
