77  years old of Bloomington Mn. Passed away on November 29, 2020. Proceeded in death by parents Ernest and Lillian Backley. Survived by sister Sharon Harvey, brothers Richard (Carolyn) and Kim (Pat) Backley and numerous nieces and nephews. Kay loved her family and was very proud to be a client of Opportunity Partners. She was a resident of Fraser Homes in Bloomington MN. We would love to thank all of the care givers throughout the years.
