Survived by loving wife, Shirley; daughters, Kris Kettler, Kim Lebo and Patti Campbell; 4 step children and their families; grandchildren, Megan (Josh) Sheeran, Alex Smith, Jodi (Tony) Hesse, Neil (Abby) Kettler, Alison Campbell and Jacob Johnson; 10 great grandchildren.
