Dorothy was a loving, fun, caring lady. We had many wonderful visits about her family and about her life and when she was a cook at a school. We shared favorite recipe's every holiday time. She always asked about my grandchildren and always shared about all of hers.
Thank you to Dorothy's family for sharing her with me.

Grandma was one of those special people who made everything and everyone around her happier. Regardless of the situation, she made the best of it and found joy and laughter in whatever she was doing. I will never forget the numerous employees and families of other residents at her nursing home who made sure to tell us how much they adored stopping in to say hi to our sweet grandma.
Grandma, I will miss your excited waves when you saw us walking into the nursing home and I will miss your contagious laugh. You are such a light and were the most selfless grandma we could have asked for.
Rest in peace and know that we miss your sweet love already.

Isn't your grandma's house always the happiest place to be? I cherish the memories of popsicles, playing on the swing, and baking with grandma. I still love to bake all these years later and think of her every time I make cinnamon rolls. She was sweet and selfless, with a little sass because what could make for a more endearing combination in a grandmother? Thank you for all of the hugs, kisses, love, and memories. RIP & welcome heaven's newest angel. We miss you already.

Dorothy was always quick to laugh, happy to hug and proud of the accomplishments of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren! I will miss her spirited and spunky personality but will cherish the memories we shared over the past 28 years.
RIP Dorothy and 'Cheers' to a life well lived!
