Obituary of Linda Tjosvold

Linda M. Tjosvold, 73, passed away on Nov 11th at Founders Ridge memory care after her 8 yr battle with alzheimer's disease.

She was born on Aug 6th 1947 and was raised in Delano, MN.

After high school, Linda went on to earn a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from the College of St Teresa's and the University of Minnesota Morris.

Following graduation, Linda went to live for a couple years in western Europe. She worked odd jobs and just traveled from place to place, while exploring.

Linda was a strong and independent woman who created a successful residential cleaning business while raising her two daughters. She loved hosting the holidays, gardening, traveling, the theater, her dogs, and, of course, Elvis.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents,  Donald and Delores, and her sister, Kathleen. She is survived by her daughters, Kathleen and Sara, and her granddaughter, Ashley.

A celebration of her life will be held Friday, August 6th at Cremation Society of MN, 7110 France Ave S. Edina, MN 55435. Gathering at 5PM, Service is at 6:15.
