Margaret M. (Walters) Schwerr

Schwerr, Margaret M. (Walters) Age 89 of Moundsview Passed away peacefully on November 10, 2020. Preceded in death by husband Dean, siblings Julia Ann (Stanley) Serreyn, John and Andrew and grandson Phillip. She will be greatly missed by her children: Mary (Bob) Carter, Martha, Mike (Patty), Michele (Bill) Fosse, Jules (Tammy), Jay (Lili), Tracy and Barry (Dawn), 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, siblings Veronica (Doyle) Larkin and Julius (Diane) Walters and her extended family and friends. Born on November 11, 1930, she was raised in southwestern MN, graduating from Lynd HS. She married Dean in 1951 and celebrated 65 years with him until his death. She worked at Unity Hospital in Fridley for many years and upon retirement traveled the country visiting family and friends. A celebration of life and internment at Fort Snelling will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests memorial donations to St Jude's hospital and the SMA Foundation.
