Sandra, or Sam as a lot of people liked to call her, was number 6 in a family of 9 children.  She loved all the family gatherings especially up at the lake, music and dancing!. Her wicked sense of humor was like a fine wine and got better with age, although she preferred a sweet brandy old fashioned. With Sandra you never had to guess what she was thinking, it showed on her face or she just told you. One of the gals that lived in her and Ken’s senior living apartments nicknamed her “Straight Shooter.”

Throughout her life she had many occupations and her work ethic was amazing. She had a passion for helping others when she could. She whole heartedly believed in the Meals on Wheels for seniors and volunteered with the organization for many years. She shared many of her entertaining stories and exploits. She made many great friendships and served until she was physically unable. Her smile and sass will be missed but we joyfully know the Lord has welcomed her home. Arrangements by Cremation Society of MN.

Revelation 21:4 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, the old order of things has passed.

In accordance with Sandra’s wishes there will be no services held and in lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Meals on Wheels Program.
