Obituary of Eugene Paul Sorman

Eugene Paul Sorman of Rosemount, formerly of Burnsville, MN, passed away at the age of 73 on October 22, 2020.  Gene was born in Southwest Minneapolis on March 28, 1947.  He is preceded in death by his son Jon Paul Sorman, as well as his parents Patricia and Eugene Sorman.   He is preceded in death by his son Jon Paul Sorman, as well as his parents Patricia and Eugene Sorman. 
Survived by his wife Diane, daughter Jacqueline Bernu (Chad), granddaughter Annabel, Sister Sharon Raymo (Bob), and many nieces and nephews. 
Gene was a 1966 graduate of Southwest High School.  Shortly after graduating, he enlisted in the Army and was stationed in Germany and then sent on to Vietnam.
Gene will be greatly missed by his family and friends.  A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date.  Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
